When you order from OUTLETWise,  you should receive your order within 7-15 business days (excludes  Sundays and public holidays). Certain specific products may take upto  21 days due to time taken in arranging for them. How much time a product would take to reach you would be intimated at the time of ordering.


Are there any delivery charges?

 At OUTLETWise, we are glad to offer FREE delivery on all items with in India. We charge delivery charges for shipments outside of India. The charges for the same are clearly mentioned in your Bag and during the check out process.

Currently, all orders above $200 are delivered free of cost to our international consumers!


How is the delivery done?

Apart from the price of the product, are there any additional costs that I would need to pay?

For Indian deliveries, there are no extra fees, charges and taxes. The price mentioned on OUTLETWise is the final price and inclusive of all charges.

For deliveries outside of India, we add delivery charges. The charges for the same are clearly mentioned in your Bag and during the check out process.

Why are there different delivery times for certain products?

While the majority of the products take between 7-15 business days to reach you, certain specific items will need to be sourced from distant distributors or even need to be imported. These products would take between 15-21 days to be delivered.
