If I ordered an item and it appears to have a defect. How can I get it replaced?

This means you get a REPLACEMENT WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY OF THE product/s ordered on OUTLETWise.com subject to the following terms and conditions:

•   You can ask for replacement of product/s in case of any defect found in the product and the same product/s will be shipped to you as replacement for the defective product/s.

•   Replacement can be for the entire product/s or part/s of the product subject to availability of the same with OUTLETWise.com and notification of the same within 30 days from the date of delivery.

•   Replacement is offered for the product/s sold by OUTLETWise.com ONLY.

•   Many of our Fashion and Decor products are of Limited range. In case, we do not have any replacement piece available with us, we would promptly inform you and would refund the money back to you.

Cancellation of order

OUTLETWise.com reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under the situation where OUTLETWise.com is not able to meet the requirement of the order placed or the order so placed/cancelled does not comply with the OUTLETWise.com policy or for any other reason. However, OUTLETWise.com will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order, so cancelled, is intimated within the appropriate time to the concerned person and any applicable refund also made within reasonable time.
