Is it safe to use my banking information at OUTLETWise.com?

Yes, shopping at OUTLETWise.com is 100% safe. Credit card payments are processed through the HDFC Bank payment gateway and Internet Banking payments are processed through Payment Gateway – Citrus Payment Solutions that interface with various banks. Both HDFC Bank and Citrus use the latest encryption technology to protect your information. They encrypt your information so that it cannot be read as it travels over the Internet.

Furthermore, HDFC also asks you to enter the CVV (Credit Verification Value) number on your credit card. This is a 3 digit number which follows your credit card number and is given at the back of the card to ensure that the person entering the card number has the physical plastic card with him/her.

At OUTLETWise.com, we are taking extra care in tying up with payment gateways and banks. We would be adding more payment gateways over next few days to provide you with choices of payment options viz. credit card, debit card and other Banks for Internet Banking payments. The same would be highlighted on every page of the OUTLETWise.com website. You can be assured that OUTLETWise.com offers you the highest standards of security currently available on the net so as to ensure that your shopping experience is private, safe and secure.

Does OUTLETWise.com store my credit card information?

OUTLETWise.com does not collect or store your account information at all. Your transaction is authorized at multiple points, first by HDFC Bank and subsequently by Visa and Mastercard secure directly without any information passing through us.

What payment options are supported ?

We accept all Visa and Mastercard Credit Cards & Debit Cards. We also accept payments through secure Internet Banking facilities with ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, Citibank, State Bank of India, Union Bank of India, Axis Bank, Deutsche Bank and Yes Bank. We would be shortly adding other modes of payment options viz. credit card, debit cards, cash on delivery and net banking facilities of other reputed banks.

We also accept Cash payments in partnership with Gharpay. 

For our International consumers (outlside of India), we have integrated Paypal and accept all payments through Paypal.

How does the Cash Payment work?

Cash booking is an easy way to prepay for your Outletwise order in cash. When you opt for 'Pay in Cash', we block the product for you for 24 hrs. During this period, our partners from Gharpay will contact you at the address mentioned by you to schedule an appointment to collect cash. Gharpay personnel will carry a copy of the original invoice and identity proof based on which you can make cash payment. Once we get confirmation from Gharpay of the payment receipt, we start the shipping process for your product. 

Our partners at Gharpay will schedule an appointment to collect the cash payment from you within 24 hours of placing the order.

Do you accept international credit cards on OUTLETWise?

For our International consumers (outlside of India), we have integrated Paypal and accept all payments only through Paypal.

What other payment options are available?

We currently accept paymnents from all Visa and Mastercard credit cards and Internet Banking payments from ICICI Bank, Axis Bank and Yes Bank. International payments through Paypal.

You may also pay using Demand Draft or Cheque. Please ensure that the cheque is in the name of "Outletwise Retail Private Limited" payable at Mumbai. Please send the cheque along with the book requirements to our mailing address given here. In case of Cheque payments the orders will be processed only when the cheque is cleared by our Bank.
